Requirements
Participants must understand we may enter hazardous or unknown
situations during our journey. Decisions are made by the team leader.
Any situation deemed as unsafe or unwise as identified by the team
leader shall result in cancellation of the expedition or egress from
the area being explored, whichever is most prudent to insure the safety
of the team members (participants). For this reason, travel insurance
is recommended.
Participants should be in reasonably good physical condition,
capable of walking unaided and have a good mental attitude. There
are no age or sexual limitations, provided the first two requirements
are met.
Participants should be able to follow instructions, obeying rules,
customs or laws.
Any person acting in a disrespectful or dangerous manner shall
be removed from the team, if act(s) are continued after a first warning.
Participants should become familiar with the proper use of the
supplied camping equipment.
This equipment must be maintained in good condition while in the
possession of the participant. You have the option to use your own
equipment. There is no reduction in expedition cost if you choose
this option.
Participants should have a personal emergency medical kit and
be familiar with the contents. This should include a snakebite kit.
Participants should read over our expedition packing list for
more information.
Participants must read and provide a signed copy of the terms
and conditions page
This must be provided to the team leader upon your arrival to
Phoenix. You cannot attend without this document. One shall be provided
you at no cost should this become necessary.
